Fabrico excels in the use of new materials and designs that require welding ingenuity. Our highly skilled welding staff has thousands of hours and decades of experience welding high-temperature and corrosion-resistant alloys.

Development of Welding Procedures
Fabrico develops detailed welding procedures to meet customer specifications and all applicable codes for the following welding processes:

Weld Quality Analysis
Using various inspection methods such as visual, macroscopic and metallographic examination, and other non-destructive methods, Fabrico can verify the quality and reliability of weld joints, including those in fabrication. We perform inspections in-house and also with well equipped local laboratories.

Weld failure Analysis
Fabrico conducts investigations into the cause of weld failures and helps develop cost-effective corrective actions.

In-House Welder Training and Procedure Qualifications
Fabrico conducts procedure and performance tests to demonstrate a welder's ability to meet the requirements for ASME, AWS and MIL-STD welding codes.

Weld Machine Calibration
Fabrico checks and certifies its welding equipment to verify that it meets proper electrical parameters, including qualification of filler materials.
