Kanban/Vendor Managed Inventory: We understand that many of our customers must have a ready supply of products to meet their end-users needs. Fabrico has a history of working with customers to determine how best to balance their supply requirements with inventory holding constraints. Using cellular manufacturing, forecast planning, and coordination with customers, we are often able to setup a Kanban or Vendor-Managed Inventory system that ensure reliable supply even in volatile, unpredictable markets.
