Patrick Mullane, President and CEO

Patrick has over twenty years of experience as a general manager in a range of industries and company sizes including a large auto parts manufacturer, a medium-sized software startup that made an online product for strategic sourcing, and a large telecommunications cable manufacturing company. Patrick purchased Fabrico after partnering with Prudential Capital Partners in 2010. Before the acquisition, Patrick served as the Chief Operating Officer of Fabrico. Patrick has a B.S. in Mathematics from the University of Notre Dame, an M.S. in Project and Systems Management from Golden Gate University, and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.

Amanda Magee, Chief Financial Officer

Amanda has over twenty years of experience in a number of industries. Prior to joining Fabrico she was a senior manager in medical device and automotive components companies. She has extensive experience in a number of business disciplines including purchasing, accounting and sales. Amanda has a BS in Mathematics and Statistics from The University of Edinburgh, and an MBA from Babson College.

Scott Healy, Vice President, Operations

Scott has over 36 years of experience in manufacturing with a particular focus on fabrication, assembly, and machining. Scott has worked for several companies in New England producing a range of parts for many different industries; from smaller sheet metal components to 52 ton weldments. Scott received an Associate in Science in Welding Technology from Worcester Junior College and also graduated from the School of Industrial Management program at Worcester Polytechnic Institute.

Zachary Ament, Plant Manager

Zachary has a wide range of manufacturing knowledge gained through experience in the biopharmaceutical, paper and pulp, and sheet metal industries. Zachary began his career at Fabrico as an application engineer. As the Plant Manager he has focused heavily on cost reduction, production efficiency, and employee development to meet the growing needs of the organization. Zachary has a Bachelor of Industrial and Management Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and is currently completing his Master of Business Administration and Master of Science in Finance from Boston College.

Michael Cenedella, Estimating Manager

Michael has over twenty-five years in the sheet metal and metal fabrication trades, the majority of which has been with Fabrico. He has hands-on experience with many aspects of metal working and manufacturing, ranging from part layout and CNC programming through forming, welding and finishing. Before joining the Fabrico team, Michael's work experience included time at a dedicated OEM model shop and a high-production stamping house, as well as some other build-to-print fabricators that fall between those two extremes. Michael graduated from the Metal Fab program at Blackstone Valley Tech.

Michael Salame, Sales Manager

Michael Salame "grew up" in manufacturing. As the grandson of a metal fabrication and stamping company owner, Mike got an early start on the manufacturing floor. The knowledge he gained there, as well as that gained more formally at Mount Wachusett College and in the Army National Guard, gave him deep experience in issues related to design for manufacturability, product cost, and project management. Mike has been involved in the power industry since 2001 and focuses on building relationships with companies in that sector, working with them to identify areas where Fabrico can use its value added engineering and quality systems to meet their needs.

Chris O'Malley, Personnel Development Manager

Chris has over six years of experience in logistics and leadership acquired during his time as a Captain in the U.S. Army. Since ending his active military duty and prior to coming to Fabrico, Chris has been involved in field supervision, project management, and sales in the construction industry. Chris has a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame, and is currently completing his MBA from Boston University.

Ronald LaLiberty, Director of Engineering

Ronald has over 35 years of manufacturing, engineering and research & development experience encompassing a broad range of technical disciplines and product categories in both commercial and consumer product businesses. He also has over two decades of experience managing engineering and research and development teams on a global scale. Ronald has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, an MBA from Nichols College, and is a Six Sigma Black Belt with certifications in Project Management and Lean Manufacturing.
