Fabrico, Inc. was founded in 1985 by three highly skilled metal fabricators. After setting up a 5,000 square foot shop in central Massachusetts, Fabrico got its start making precision metal components for companies in the computer industry.
As the company's reputation for manufacturing quality spread, numerous expansions of the physical plant followed; the last being the construction of a new, 80,000 square foot facility in 2006. In the years between that small facility in 1985 and today, Fabrico has made hundreds of thousands of parts for the gas turbine, nuclear, and semiconductor industries, among many others.
Fabrico's success in a competitive, global market comes in no small measure from a core belief that engineering services, robust quality systems, and close customer contact ultimately make us and those we serve more successful.
In July of 2010, the President and CEO of Fabrico partnered with Prudential Capital Partners to purchase the company from the previous owners. Prudential's experience in the energy and manufacturing sectors, and its scale and consistent access to capital ensure that Fabrico will continue to meet the diverse needs of its growing customer base.
